1. Introduction

Welcome to TechHub Hungary. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TechHub Hungary website located at techhubhungary.com (the "Site") and all related services offered by TechHub Hungary.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Site.

2. Use of the Site

2.1 Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 16, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2.2 Account Registration

• To attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• To otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 User Content

Our Site may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Site, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content on or through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• The User Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms
• The posting of your User Content on or through the Site does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity
• The User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
• The User Content does not include any material that promotes sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• The User Content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule

3.2 User Content License

When you post User Content on or through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any way for the purpose of operating and providing the Site and our services.

You can remove your User Content at any time by specifically deleting it. However, you understand that we may retain, and continue to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content that has been downloaded or shared by other users.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Site Content

The Site and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TechHub Hungary and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TechHub Hungary.

4.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, TechHub Hungary grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TechHub Hungary.

TechHub Hungary has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that TechHub Hungary shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechHub Hungary, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechHub Hungary assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Site; any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

TechHub Hungary does not warrant that the Site will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechHub Hungary and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site, including any data or content transmitted or received by you
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any privacy right or intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations
• Any claim or damages that arise as a result of any of your User Content

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site, or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
